Great location on the beach that is walkable to downtown, the pier and the convention center. The rooms are comfortable and feature a complete kitchen with full size appliances. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

What I liked about the property is it's on the beach but what I didn't like very rude front desk personnel what they advertised that they would have out which is coffee and muffins. They only put out 24 muffins during the morning and then when they're gone they're gone well. As you can see, there's much more than 24 people that stay at this hotel in the night. They were very unaccommodating in many ways. For example, we ordered a pizza. It came to the front desk. They didn't even have the common courtesy to ring us to let us know it's down there. The pizza set for an hour and 45 minutes until I called the pizza place to have it redelivered which at that time they charged me for a double. I would not recommend staying here. I would recommend the holiday and down in Daytona shores. Very clean. Very nice personnel. The ceilings and the rooms need painting. They need new furniture. The furniture is actually falling apart. They had not enough silverware we and we got there. The silverware was either bent dirty or not enough. Did they not supply enough garbage bags toiletries? It is run very poorly. Not the dirtiest but questionable

Peaceful and Relaxing

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean. Loved the little kitchenette. We were there for Welcome to Rockville. It was nice and quiet/relaxing after long days at the festival. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean from our room was amazing. The Hotel was close to everything but felt 'away' from it all.

It's affordable, the staff was very friendly and let us check in early. Beds were comfortable, pool clean, right on the beach, there were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and patio. It's on the quieter end of Daytona Beach so the beach wasn't too busy. We only had housekeeping 2 days out of 6 but if you go to the front desk they happily give you tp, fresh towels and anything else you may need. We would stay again.

The other reviews I read are spot on. This is a really good hotel, especially for the price. Clean, friendly, good pool, beachside with convenient access. There’s even a kitchen with real dishes. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. The only negative thing I would say is that I wish they would have coffee available a little later than 11 am. Would definately stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable bed.. Beautiful ocean view from our room. Kitchen made it easy and affordable for breakfast and lunch. Very nice taking in the views while drinking coffee in the morning and sipping wine at night. Someone needs to rethink the "coffee bar" and jets need to be fixed in the jacuzzi.

3 Stars, Hotel is Old needs Updating!

The Location is great. The staff is Ok, they are Not willing to really accommodate the guests, it seems they have an, "I don't care attitude". I stayed 1 night and booked another hotel down the street even though it cost more. I will not return here. The Hotel is old, needs work, the bathrooms are very small and need remodeling.
