Enjoyed the spacious condo with a nice sized balcony to watch the sunrise everyday. Bob, owner, was super friendly and personable! He talked us through everything about the condo, and the building which helped us feel at ese quickly!

Beautiful ocean view

Stayed in March Woke up to beautiful sunrises from our balcony and ended each day with sunsets from the clubhouse on the 19th floor. The condo was plenty comfortable for four adult friends and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is nice and clean every day with plenty of seating. You are less than five minutes to downtown Daytona Beach. Would definitely stay again. Bob is a great host and will do anything for us to make our stay memorable.

Amazing Family Vacation 2023

We had the pleasure of staying at Bob’s condo at The Caribbean Condominium complex in Daytona Beach Shores and absolutely loved it. It’s actually a place that’s very familiar to us since we used to have a family condo here in the past. I surprised my wife with our first family trip with our 10 month old son. Mm It was exactly as we remembered it, and Bob made us feel right at home. He was very accommodating and flexible within checking in and out. The unit is clean, comfortable and comes equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The condo unit, building complex and grounds are one of the best in Daytona Beach Shores. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Such a great condo
can’t wait to go back!

This is such a lovely condo! My husband and I stayed with our 3 young children and loved the place so much that we plan to book again next year. The condo itself is so nice, clean, and updated beautifully. The view from the balcony was my favorite, you even have a great view from the living room couch and the master bed. Check in and checkout could not have been more simple. Bob was so accommodating and very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything
he even reached out to us a few times throughout our 2 week stay to make sure we were enjoying everything. Definitely our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in 10+ years of going to Daytona. We can’t wait for next year!

The Caribbean did not disappoint

Having stayed at another condo in Daytona for over 25 years we weren't sure what to expect when we had to move due to the hurricanes. We were so happy that we chose this unit. The owner responds so quickly and is very attentive to any needs. We look forward to returning for many years to come.
