Take a break from Fantasy Island Resort II situated on prime beachfront property in Daytona Beach. Enjoy miles of golden sand stretching from north to south and drive along to one of the world’s last remaining drive-on beaches. Take pleasure in an comfortable stay in a roomy, well-appointed 1- or 2-bedroom suite featuring full kitchens, baths and balconies.

Approximately 592 square feet, this One-Bedroom suite features 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry situated in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: balcony, cable television, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, hairdryer, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove/range, fire place, and iron/iron board.

**Other Notes**


The resort will be repaving the parking lot during this summer depending on weather conditions. During this time the parking lot will be closed, however, alternative parking arrangements will be made for 1 car per unit while the work is being performed. No vehicles will be allowed to park at the resort during this time. This necessary work will help improve and preserve the resort so that all owners may have a wonderful vacation home for many years to come.

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 3 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to Fantasy Island Resort II is Daytona Beach International (DAB) which is 11 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Call the resort prior to check in to inform of late arrival. Resort will arrange for key pick-up at the lock box on site.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.

Teacher off for summer!

We had a great little mini vacation. Great rental for the price. The condo was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed! The balcony isnt private, but all the neighors were quiet. It gave us a great view with our morning coffee. We also enjoyed that there were several places to eat within walking distance. Thank you!

Our room was okay. We were upgraded to a larger unit, but we didn't have a view of anything... which was very disappointing. The dishwasher was a bit broken so we couldn't use it. The king size bed was comfortable and my husband and I had a great night's sleep. The washer and dryer were essential, and our daughter was comfortable in the sofa bed. We were able to cook our own breakfast in the small, yet perfect kitchen. Daytona is stuck in the 80s with many horrible and rundown areas, however; this place made sure to have comfort for their guests. I recommend this place, but not Daytona unless you really have to go like I did for an educational conference.

Rentalpros drove me crazy

So they called the day before we were supposed to check in and I had this booked for weeks and said they couldn’t get ahold of the property owner and had to change us to another hotel … I refused and after numerous text and phone calls they fixed it so we could stay … The stress over that was so annoying because we booked that hotel because family members also had rooms in the same hotel… the rental its self was A+ amazing views for the price!

Nice Condo on the Beach

Nice condo on the beach, we rented unit 105. Pictures online show as if unit is on a higher floor, but it is a ground floor unit, balcony faces parking lot and is shared with other units on either side. You still get a little view of beach/ocean on the left. The unit is updated, clean and in a nice quiet area of Daytona beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that the condo is right on the beach. The only complaint is that this unit is right next to a generator located in the outside corridor that comes on constantly and makes a loud noise that can be heard in the bedroom making it difficult to sleep the first night. The second night we slept on the sleeper sofa to avoid this noise, we could still hear it but it wasn't as prominent as in the bedroom and we were able to sleep a little better than the night before.
