I'd rate a 3.5

Had problems using club house early in stay. Was never aware it could be privately booked and to check a calendar to find out. We were told it was a shared space during our tour. Another guest was very confrontational and intoxicated toward our party of 20 going in there to eat pizza and saying it was private to them though it was empty when we arrived to use around 6:30 pm. Person(s) said it was booked all day until 8 pm. We vacated and left the space and made sure it was clean. But is ruined out meal, many could not eat after this confrontation and my 5 grandchildren (3-7 yrs of age) were frightened. Second, only one working elevator is a deal breaker. Will not return due to this issue. My husband is handicapped and sometimes it was 20 minutes (yes, we timed) to get the elevator and nowhere to sit and wait except the lobby. Was told by people living there is has been out of service for years and not being "fixed" as we were told. Don't like being mislead. Room was terrific, location was also. But with so many choices on the beach to stay and we paid premium (4 families so 4 units booked and altogether over $10,000 spent) we can find better facilities elsewhere. This was our first time there and we will take our money elsewhere.

Unit 4SE Peck Plaza

Great place! Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. The master is huge with a sink/counter and closet area. Looks just as advertised. I wish all adults could have a key fob. We only had 2. The whole plaza is VERY secure and you need a fob to enter most areas. I have grown kids and they were going in different directions. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have had a couple more. I would have paid extra- something maybe for the owners to think about. Loved the Underground parking. You even need a fob to enter thru the garage doors. I felt very safe the whole time. 4 adults stayed in our unit. Beds were very comfy. Very spacious. Couch pulls out to make a bed as well. Beach towels, noodles and a beach chair were available to use. Modern appliances with all the kitchenware you need. There was even a pizza cutter! Washer/dryer combo was great to have. Unit 4SE is in a great location overlooking the pool and hot tub. Beautiful view of the ocean! I would def book this place again!!!

Convenient & clean

Very convenient & a great central location for our needs. Beach ramp to drive on the beach on the south side of the building. The secureness of the building was nice & I never questioned my safety. My only personal complaint is that the mattresses were too firm, however my husband enjoyed the firmness. My only request is too possibly add beach chairs to the room to take to the beach.

My husband and I were quite impressed with the condo, it was very clean and looked like it had been updated recently. Both rooms were quite big and comfy. The beds were very comfortable.The location was great.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

Definitely would stay here again. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Our only concern was the check in process. With todays technology I would think there would be some sort of easier check in process. Possibly a pass coded lock instead of having to make a phone call and meet someone off site and wait 30 minutes or so to get keys. Just a suggestion maybe. Other than that it was great and this wouldn’t be a reason for us to not return.
