The villa is located near the forest and the dunes and in the middle of the unique Dennen nature reserve, which is part of the National Park “Duinen van Texel”. It is also only 2 km from Beach Pavilion Paal 17. Furthermore, the swimming paradise Caluna, Ecomare and Shipwreck and the Beachcombing Museum Flora are a stone's throw away.

The villa has a bright living room with 2 glass sliding doors that give access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, located on the south. There are 3 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. A cot and high chair are also available.
