Room lighting was almost non-existent. One recesed light at room entry and one small table lamp at far wall. Light was inadequate to read maps, etc. No AC and no heat. Opened window for ventilation in daytime and closed at nigt to conserve heat. Promised to clean room but did not. Room so small hardly any room to walk around bed. Ice was a chore to get -- had to crush it myself. Everything seemed old. Shower was a slow dribble but we managed. Got new towels only after asking. Cups were not sanitized with plastic wrapping. Owner/managers seemed not to care.

BARELY ADEQUATE
1. saw staff once in 4 days at check in - very friendly
2. excellent price in comparison to the area
3. adequate in that there were beds with questionably clean sheets, a bath tub w a shower, and a toilet. = needs met.
4. cleanliness questionable - found a pair of men's underwear in the corner.
5. safe??? found an outlet without a cover, no hand rails in the shower, was able to turn the water on immediately to scalding hot without having to turn through cold first, We were in the back of the building on the first floor where there were no other rooms and the window was cracked.
6. Noisy - guest in adjacent room in front were quite noisy at night.
7. Terrible cosmetic condition. A little elbow grease would have gone a long way. Looked like "fixed-up" by a total amature. The website pictures are so not accurate!!
8. However,if you can tolerate having just your basic needs met, and ignore all the cosmetic faults, it's a lot less expensive than $300 - $600 a night at other places in the area.

Place was a rat trap. Toilet barely flushed & was gross. Had not been cleaned properly. No maid service. 1 towel provided for a 4 night stay. No AC. Shower was less than 30” square & had a broken sprayer. I complained * it was changed 2 days later but still did not move. It was fixed in place. Non adjustable. Broken bathroom fan. no one working in office other than 9 - 5 & then they took long breaks. Do not stay here!
