100 meters from the beach, Charming coastal period house.
Our large, 3 double bedroom, fully restored house, with large private garden and conservatory is a stones throw from the beach. Ideally situated for exploring the historic castles of Deal and Warmer and of course, the cliff top walks on the White Cliffs of Dover with their secret tunnels and historic castle. Being only 1.5 hours from London this unspoiled and hidden away village is the perfect get away.
The property is furnished to a very high standard with a combination of solid oak and solid pine furniture. The leather suite is fully reclining. Relax in the conservatory, BBQ on the patio, take the sun loungers to the beach and view Calais on a clear day. Maybe take a walk into Walmer or Deal, along the pathway which adjoins the shingle beach and view The Downs, a sheltered anchorage between the coast and the Goodwin sands that lie offshore.
There is also a purpose-built cycle way for those who prefer not to walk. There are also 2 local pubs within a few hundred meters of Seacroft in which to dine and enjoy your favorite tipple. After a 5-minute walk up the hill past the village church into the village you will find the butcher and village shop and of course a third pub The Kings Head. Seacroft is the perfect property for your relaxing holiday by the coast.
Guest can access all of the property except for two kitchen cupboards and a linen cupboard and one wardrobe in the main bedroom.

This is a comfortable cottage in a great location. The property was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the outside chairs and recliners. Andrew our host responded promptly to any queries we had and the check in process was smooth. The beach was lovely and not at all busy when we stayed. There are two pubs 5 minutes walk away serving food. The butchers in the village is also worth a visit for the banter as well as the food.
overall, an excellent property. It met our expectations as far as accommodations and proximity to the attractions we were there to visit. We were disappointed in the lack of toilet paper and had to make a trip to the store to facilitate the balance of our stay.
We just returned from our relaxing get away and wanted to share how great it was. The accommodations were extremely clean and we were very impressed with the quality of furnishings all the decorations. It was a rare example where we thought it was even better than the pictures! The location was perfect for a relaxing discovery of the Dover/Deal area. Highly recommended for those looking to get away from it all and have space to spread out. The kitchen had all we needed and we loved being able to see and hear the sea from the back bedroom. Highly recommended!
