Confort insuffisant

Ce logis présente l'avantage d'être au calme mais il est loin du centre. Il est insuffisamment équipé, notamment en ustensiles ménagers. Le canapé-lit est de très mauvaise qualité. Compte tenu de l'état calamiteux du matelas, nous avons dû en prendre un dans la deuxième chambre pour le mettre sur celui du canapé.

-Un peu juste pour 4 personnes. -Jolie terrasse . -Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. -Micro-onde mal situé. -Personnel de l'agence, très serviable et professionnel . - La housse du BZ mérite d'être changée, ainsi que les rideaux. -idéal pour 2 personnes.

Très bel appartement avec vue sublime sur le port

Logement agréable et fonctionnel pour couple ou petite famille (1 à 2 enfants). Le balcon offre vue imprenable sur port de plaisance. En revanche, lave-linge capricieux qui marche 1 fois sur 2, il faut donc être patient. Les voisins du dessus sont très bruyants et n’apprécient guère les locataires saisonniers. La propreté à l’arrivée laissait à désirer, nous avons dû passer un bon coup de serpillière et avons retrouvé une culotte sale sous un matelas (photo à l’appui). Bref sympa mais pas 20/20!

L'appartement et l'emplacement étaient très sympa. Le gros point négatif a été la voisine qui soûlait au moindre bruit donc au lieu de passer un week end tranquille elle m'a stressé...
