This suite is fully contained. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy. The historic Phelps Mansion is full of historic character from the original kitchen cabinets to the hardwood floors throughout the unit. There have been many updates through the rehab process and offers many modern amenities. This unit is a two bedroom with new Amish beds and very comfortable Queen mattresses. Located in the living room are two couches. One is an exceptionally comfortable Queen pull-out sleeper, the additional couch can be used to sleep the 7th guest. The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen wares; dishware, silverware, plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. (Serving for 6) Full size refrigerator and gas stove. Free Wi-Fi & cable. Large flat screen TV. Parking available.

We enjoyed our weekend in Suite #2. It was a great fit for the four of us - much roomier than sharing one hotel room. It was clean and comfortable and close to downtown and the Luther campus.

Cutest house for a great weekend getaway!

We loved this historic home and all of its charm for our adults only weekend away! It was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us, and the location was close to everything, but on a quiet street in the adorable town of Decorah! Thanks for sharing it with us!
