I think the clerk was a little overwhelmed when a few guests arrived at the same time. Not a great grasp of the English language. But he did his best to accommodate a request. Room was clean roomy and comfortable.

Google reviews had me so nervous that there would be bed bugs in our room but I had already booked and couldn’t cancel. Upon arrival and check-in I immediately throughly checked the mattresses. Sheets were clean and no bugs. However the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke and the sink had several hairs as well as crumbs all over. Little guests directly above our room were running back and forth nonstop so I promptly went back to the front desk and asked to be changed rooms. She could also hear those guests constantly running as our room was the nearest to the reception desk. The front desk lady was very nice and got me checked into a room on the second floor. That room was very clean and we had no issues the rest of the stay. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, breads and muffins, fruit, yogurt and juices and coffee.
