You’ll have access to the pool, hot-tub, and tennis courts. In addition, this home is fully furnished with pots, pans, and dishes to feel fully at home. There are two smart tvs that will give you access to Spectrum TV, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu and Netflix. This home also has high speed networking for remote work. The 6 person dining space makes it easy to have family gatherings. There is also a table with bar stools for outdoor eating and a seating space on the patio. There is guest access to the pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts. There is an external bbq and eating area next to the pool. I am happy with whatever they prefer! Del Mar is a beach town in San Diego County, California, located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Established in 1885 as a seaside resort, the city incorporated in 1959. The Del Mar Horse Races are hosted on the Del Mar racetrack every summer. About a block away are the bluffs. Downtown shopping, including eating and coffee, and the beach is less than a mile away. I do recommend a car for the area. Though not required, you will need to do a significant bit of walking for groceries.
