I have stayed at this hotel several times, when I checked in they had my key ready since I checked in online which is very convenient. Arrived at my room and there was a big puddle of water, the ac was leaking. Went back to front desk and asked for another room, clerk was friendly and professional, he immediately looked into getting us another room. Arrived at our new room and tried to warm up some dinner but outlet where microwave was plugged in did not work, I was hungry and tired and did not want to have to walk all the way back to the front desk so we just moved the microwave and plugged it in another outlet. I did let the clerk know about the outlet when we checked out though, she said she would have maintenance look at it. It was nice to see the dining room has been opened and hot breakfast is now being served, that was a nice surprise. Omelettes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, etc

Everything was to our expectations, our room was super clean, specious bathroom, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and a 55 inch Samsung TV was a plus. They were renovating their breakfast sitting area and we were told it'll be open in couple of weeks, meanwhile they had coffee and some bagels, cream cheese, French toasts and etc...at the lobby every morning!! Front desk people(Jessica and Alma) were very kind and professional, they made sure we got everything we asked for. Also the pool was very clean and many restaurants within walking distance. And on top of all the price was very affordable. We will be back. Thank you guys.
