Fluffy Towels

We requested a room facing away from the freeway and we were wonderfully accommodated. It was very quiet, rooms were clean but need a bit of updates aesthetically. The bed had some lumps but overall was very comfortable. Love the fluffy towels!

Loud air conditioner!

Loudest air conditioner we’ve ever had in a hotel. Beds are super soft. Not great for someone with back problems. But the breakfast was good. Great berries.

There was crickets in my room, I couldn’t even sleep. I asked the front desk for a different room but was told the whole hotel was completely sold out when clearly the whole parking lot was empty. I asked for a refund but was told there was no refunds whatsoever & was given a RAID spray to go and kill the crickets myself. I had my 2 & 3 year olds, as soon as I sprayed it the whole room smelled. I was honestly disappointed with my stay. The staff when I checked in was really nice. Overall I will not be going back.
