Retreat at Delano is unique because the property can be reserved in multiple configurations. This listing is specifically for the private one-bedroom apartment. A separate two-bedroom portion of the property may be rented by other guests during your stay.

Need more room? Depending on availability, you can also reserve the entire property, making it a great option for families or groups traveling together who still want a little separation and privacy.

Good to Know

This is a rural East Tennessee property, so a personal vehicle is recommended. You may also encounter wildlife and insects that are naturally part of country living.

We’re happy to have you! Please take a few minutes to review our house rules. These guidelines help us keep the property safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for you and future guests.

HOUSE RULES

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are listed in your reservation. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance by Jim Henry Vacation Rentals and is based on availability.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must remain at the property throughout the stay.

No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Parties, events, receptions, or large gatherings are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Jim Henry Vacation Rentals.

Quiet Hours
Please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful Delano community. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of all cigarette butts properly and never leave them on the property.

Pets
Pets are not permitted unless specifically included and approved as part of your reservation. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

Parking
Please park only in the designated parking area for Retreat at Delano #1. Do not block neighboring driveways, shared access areas, or roadways.

Respect the Property
Please treat the home, furnishings, linens, appliances, and outdoor areas with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Do Not Move Furniture
Please do not rearrange or move indoor or outdoor furniture without prior approval.

Trash
Please place all trash in the designated trash containers. Do not leave trash, food, or garbage outside where it may attract wildlife.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
This home is on a septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. No wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine products, paper towels, grease, food, or other items should go down toilets or drains. Guests may be responsible for repairs caused by improper use.

Wildlife & Country Living
Delano is a beautiful rural East Tennessee community, and wildlife, insects, and other critters are part of country living. Please do not feed or approach wildlife, and keep exterior doors closed when not in use.

Safety & Security
Please lock doors and windows whenever you leave the property. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security equipment, Wi-Fi equipment, locks, or other safety devices.

No Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.

Before You Leave
Please make sure personal belongings are collected, trash is placed in the designated containers, dishes are taken care of, and doors and windows are secured. Our cleaning team will handle the rest.
