Nice hotel in South Delhi

Was on business and the area is secure with good staff. Acessebility is great. Everything else was good and could not expect better than that.

Nice hotel with great location

Nice budget hotel with a great location on the main Lala Lajpat Marg, metro station conveniently nearby. Staff were very polite and helpful. Had a bit of trouble with the taxi in locating the hotel initially, its near Kailash Colony Metro station pillar 89. Also couldnt find the phone number initially on the web. But finally it was a nice and pleasant stay.

Horrible Place. Don't go here.

Manager denied me a room even though I had booked it online because of a local residence proof. I showed him my other address proof but he still didn't let me. Very Disappointed. The hotel hasn't even refunded my money.

Maintenance was a little poor (lights not working, air con had intermittent noise etc) but overall the hotel was good.
