1) The image displayed on the website is a car dealership not the hotel. Hotel is behind the dealership.
2) Police raided this hotel on July 13, 2023 because they host prostitution activities. While on our vacation, me and my son had to deal with police- disappointing!
3) Hotel staff used my toiletries (colognes, perfumes, etc.) while I was out of the room. The owner also asked me to let him use my perfume!
4) Their rooms were full of cockroaches, bedbugs and mice
5) Their breakfast service:
- Website says they serve continental breakfast, but they DO NOT have standard continental breakfast.
- NO dining space
- From July 10 to July 12, they only gave us 2 slices of toast, egg and a cup of tea in our room but poor quality. Most likely, they were serving staff food.
- July 13 and 14: they only gave tea and 2 slices of bread (no condiments).
- July 15 and 16: staff told me that they do not have breakfast to serve, so we had to go elsewhere.
6) July 15 and 16: no staff and guests on property those nights, except me and my son. We left the property on July 17 (AM) because it was unsafe for us. I could not ask for a refund because There was NO ONE ONSITE (all ran away)!
7) I also asked Expedia to help me because I booked the property through them, but even they could not help. I am disappointed with Expedia's service this time, and shocked to see such a poor and unsafe property listed on Expedia's website.
I demand compensation for all this.
