Worst experience ever. It should be rated as a 3 star hotel, all usb ports were out in our room, on complaining they sent a technician who had put one charging cable in the back of TV. So we should wake up in the night to switch our phones and other devices to let them charge. On top at breakfast buffet they served stale watermelon, we politely asked to remove it from our table. Ankit our table server was nice but from nowhere I believe the head server Saurav came and started defending and literally argued with us for good 10 minutes that watermelon is extra ripe and that’s why it tastes bad, That was unbelievable. Seriously, is this what Holiday Inn facilities and staffing? Never going to stay or recommend to anyone.

Despite emailing us to confirm early check-in at 2pm, we still had to wait until after 3pm to checkin. Many guests were in our same position waiting for a long time in the lobby. But the room itself was great and had all the amenities we needed. We had a nice pool view. Surrounding area had lots of construction but nice dinner options in walking distance
