Hotel dinghy ut clean rooms and bathrooms. Towels 2 star.Central Location. Hard to find in navigation. But value for money. Food is nothing great Needs vast improvements
Overall below par experience. Rooms are too small, when asked to accommodate us in a bigger room they replied that the room is infact a premium room and not an executive one that we had booked. There is no space for anything in the room except a bed. Not even space to store your luggage in the room, Fortunately, we were on a business trip and packed light. Although they offered an alternate room, the size of the room was almost identical and we didnt feel like moving since we had already unpacked and it was not a considerable improvement from what we were already given. Tea/Coffee maker, daily newspaper not available as listed. Bedsheets were worn out and looked dirty, even the freshly ordered ones. Room did not have any doormats at the bathroom door, however once requested they did put in 2 while cleaning the room. Breakfast was not offered, no coupons given. However at the time of check out the manager tells us that the room service guy calls up every morning to ask whether breakfast is to be served in the room or would the guest be having it in their restaurant. However no such calls were made and the manager verified it with his staff and it turned out nobody called us up. No master switch in the room to switch off all electrical points at once while leaving the room. Room service otherwise was prompt. Cant comment on food since we only ordered tea/coffee
