Professional staff, very helpful

An excellent hotel in all respects. The front of desk manager was most helpful with a currency exchange -USD to rupees. Excellent rooms and a comfortable bed.

VERY BAD HOTEL

I booked this hotel with ticket, I pick taxi from Andera airport at 5:00 am and told him the hotel name, but the driver got confused and he never hear about this hotel. i used google map to guide the driver until reach the hotel. I shocked when see the hotel from outside and very poor staff and smell is so bad, i told them i will not stay in this hotel and need my money back they said contact expedia, i asked them to get me taxi to go another hotel they charged me 1000 inr. very bad experience

Pleasant Hotel.

It was a safe and worth for money hotel. Although there is not much market on a walking distance, still it is recommendable. Hotel breakfast and dinner has lot of varieties.

Water supply issues in the room

Hi. I made a reservation for my relatives in this hotel. Everything is fine clean room,nice ambience.But in the morning their no water in the washroom. They called almost 5 times to the reception and the guys over their said give us 10 minutes. This whole scenario continued for 1 hour 30 minutes.if we ignore this problem the hotel is good

Great hotel...Not near the airport!

The hotel, once I finally got there (the taxi driver had no idea where it was but kindly stopped and asked directions) was awesome. The room was lovely, clean, cool, nice bed... The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and extensive (although it was very warm in there). Staff helped me with all my various traveling challenges, beautifully. If you have the time between flights to go a little further out in Gurgaon, it's a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Apart from food, everything is great!!!

It was a good stay overall. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The rooms were exactly similar to those I saw in the pictures before booking this hotel.

NOT GOOD

We book this hotel for all our special occasions. However this time it was pathetic. very bad services. AC not working. when called no response. said would send some one which was not done. The person came to in the even the evening when we called him again where in we requested in the morning when we did the check-in and that to person was telling us that y AC not working rather then keeping it in mind to do the cleaning properly and help guest on time.

A functional place to spend a couple of nights!

The hotel is located in a rather interior place in Gurgaon. The room that was allotted to us was rather small with limited leg room, especially for two persons. The place was quite clean and linen was also freshly laundered. The other amenities in the room were quite good. The food quality and taste is good. WiFi is rather erratic. One drawback though, it does not have an elevator. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if one wants to just spend couple of nights at a place at an affordable price for room and breakfast.

Ok.. not so great

It was an ordinary hotel. Rooms were not so clean and during the evenings, it used to get filled with smoke coming from the kitchen. Not a pleasant site. Breakfast was good though. Apart from that not a great value for money.

Excellent stay!

The hotel in itself (services, staff, food, cleanliness, etc.) is perfect. The pricing was super awesome. To some extent, the only challenge was its location - no market/shopping centre around... the most basic market is perhaps 1-2 kms away, though auto rickshaw are conveniently available. Would defi stay again
