The staff was great, all the staff people were great, really helpful, helped me with my last minute booking for extended stay. Nice and clean rooms. Highly recommend. 5*. The food was also great, home cooked food and quick service.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Grand Park Inn
I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park Inn in New Delhi's Karol Bagh neighborhood, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and well-appointed lobby. My room at Hotel Grand Park Inn was nothing short of fantastic. The spaciousness and cleanliness were remarkable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room amenities provided everything I needed for a convenient stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. They were always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, or providing local recommendations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism truly made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's location in Karol Bagh was another great aspect. It offered easy access to various attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants.

The stay was over priced for the service we got. Not a stay that I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were dirty and were not cleaned on the second day. They don’t provide water bottles in the room for emergencies.
