Room cleaning only when asked. Cokroches take charge when you get out the room. No regular water supply in toilet. No inhouse food facility but still offer food while booking online. If food include in package they order from outside and charges are almost double. Don't invite you for the food but never forget to charge for it.

No doubt room condition was as per picture, but wash room was pathetic, washbasin tap was loose, floor slope and drain was bad and remains always wet after shower, towel were old and yellowish white in color, with dirty humid smell, toilet paper was given only on demand, shower does not has hot water provision, you have to use bucket and mug. Food quality and serving in the room was totally non professional. overall not a good return of money.

The hotel staff are very kind and nice and try hard to help. Located in a very noisy area, maintained at a very low level, basic conditions and even less.

Indian three star Hotel at Main bazar street

I recommend this hotel to budget travelers. Big enough, clean enough, well situated - adventurous:) , rooftop terrace, reliable free WiFi.

The hotel is off of a busy street so it is very noisy. Bring ear plugs and get a room that doesn't have a window. This is a budget hotel, so you can't expect a lot. The bathrooms do not have a separate area for the shower, so some slippers. Service was great and they found a quieter room for me.

Busy area, acceptable hotel

In the main bazaar area. Quite lively (noisy) even after dark. Not recommendable for shallow sleepers. No bed making during the entire stay (but that seems normal for this class of hotel in India). The pictures on the website are somewhat misleading. Don't expect a comfortable room from the European/American standard. But the staff were quite friendly and reliable. Not a bad option for budget travelers. Needless to say, this hotel has nothing to do with Sharaton Hotel.

Good location

Location was good, close to metro and right next to markets. It is loud at night as main street is below so constant honking and street noise. Shower / bathroom is tiny, and no seperate area for shower. Hotel staff nice. Resturant is good with good service. Good for your average budget hotel.

A great budget hotel in the midst of a busy bazaar

The staff were helpful and friendly but took them a long time to get me a travel adaptor so I could charge my phone but even then it did not work. However the manager at the rooftop restaurant was v helpful and got my phone charged. Generally a good hotel at this level with a nice rooftop eating place and friendly staff. The location is a bit noisy especially if you get a front room but this is to be expected in a bazaar but quieter at night. I think the hotel management needs to consider double glazing the windows to solve the problem. The rooftop restaurant was nice and breezy and great place to chill out in the evening but the standard of food whilst not bad could do with improvement. The paratha I had for breakfast was too salty and greasy.
