Keine vier Sterne!!

Das Hotel macht zum ersten ein Eindruck ein guten Eindruck. An der Rezeption waren sie nicht sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer entsprach keine vier Sterne!!! Es gab nur kaltes Wasser von der Dusche sowohl vom Waschbecken. Keinen Kühlschrank war vorhanden in dem Wasser kühlen kann, da es am Tag über 30 Crad war. Es gab kein Internet im Zimmer nur im Flur, dort war sehr schlechter Empfang. Bei mir im Zimmer war das Schloss defekt, daher musste immer die Putzfrau oder ein Sicherheitsmann mir die Türe öffnen. Sie hatten sich bei Check Out nicht einmal entschuldigt!!

Kaltes Wasser

Ich war zwei Tage in diesen Hotel. War sehr enttäuscht. An der Rezeption beim Check in war die Dame schon sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer hatte kein Internet auch in der Lobby war das Internet sehr schlecht. Man konnte nicht richtig Duschen, da nur lauwarmes fast kaltes Wasser kam. Die Bettdecke war sehr dünn, ich habe sehr gefroren in der Nacht, da in New Delhi niedrige Temperaturen Nachts waren. Es war kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer oder Save im Zimmer. DIeses Hotel hat keine vier Sterne, wie es angibt.
