The staff gave us a room that was dirty and the AC was broken. They brought in a mattress ( triple occupancy) that was as dirty (blackened from excessive use, a whole section ripped on one side) as one can imagine and said all hotels have similar stuff ( which is a LIE). Even thrown out mattresses looked better. I had to protest and threaten about registering a complain before they offered to change the room and mattress. Hotel room info on Expedia said view of city but the room looked into a dilapidated building. I saw a crawling insect in the bathroom (either a sow bug or a species of cockroach) & the bathroom sink had naphthalene balls which I’ve never seen in sinks before! I booked online for 3 nights & asked to cancel the 2nd & 3rd nights after seeing the room condition & the night staff didn’t do it immediately. I checked in around 10pm & now it’s 7am. Let’s see if they will charge me for cancellation of the other nights. All in all, this is a scam hotel. Do not trust the good reviews on Expedia. Expedia should take this hotel off their list.

Don’t use the laundry service.

Nice room with good AC and comfy bed. But I cannot recommend their laundry service. They delivered late, and with a missing item (corrected later). Then at check out time the hotel attempted to overcharge me. After I left I realized they had also short changed me.

Terrible experience

We were woken up at 3 a.m. by a very loud rattling sound that sounded like it was coming from the plumbing. It lasted for 30 minutes! The Wi-Fi did not work. There was no hot water to shower. The bed sheet was disgustingly dirty and the walls were dirty. The hotel tried to charge us for breakfast even though our booking showed that it was free. The view from the room was terrible - see in the pictures I have uploaded.

Let's just call it a "motel"

Food is excellent. They have variety and each day is a new dish. Staff is very polite and friendly. Hallway ventilation and lighting are very poor. They probably have AC in the hallway (from elevator to your room) but it is never on making the air stiff and overbearing (made worst because of the temperature outside, very hot and humid). Same for illumination in the hallway, there is light but not on, you have to search for it and switch it on (not fun when your eyesight is poor in darkness).

Nicht empfehlendwert

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Die Zimmer sollten eine Ueberholung haben. Vor allem ist das Bad schrecklich.Das Wasser beim duschen laueft nicht richtig ab, ist nicht heiss und der Abfluss riecht serh stark bzw. es stinkt. Die Treppenhaueser sind stark beschmutzt und sehr abgelebt. Die Umgebung ist sehr verschmutzt und es gibt keine Fusswege um einen Spaziergang zu machen was das gehen zu Fuss sehr gefaehrlich macht. Das Bett war bequem , aber die Lacken waren fleckig und im Bett waren Haare.Positiv war das Personal.Es war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Great hotel - courteous staff and good location (5 min to metro). Breakfast was good. No complaints. Happy with the stay.

Worst hotel that I v stayed in so far. Booked it after reading the reviews and since I had to just stay overnight after a long flight it was the ideal location for me. But apart from the location everything about this hotel was pathetic. The shower had no curtain, bathroom was flooded as their was no proper drainage. The linen was dirty and worn out, their was paint chipping off the walls. The breakfast was decent but you can get better hotels for the same price. Stay away from this one

Mapple was a comfortable hotel with good service but hotel conditions could have been better. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and there was a lack of hot water. Toilet flush did not work well either.

Comfotable stay

I have select mapple range and stayed more than 4 times in Delhi and Bangalore, Delhi hotel especially is very clean, friendly staff, calm rooms, better internet, clean wash rooms and over all much more comfortable.

On busy road

This hotel offers very standard accommodation at a reasonable price. Although its close proximity to the metro is a plus point it is on a very busy main road. Maps of all hotels in this locality are misleading as they show the hotels to be one block away from the main road. That said, the staff were friendly and efficient. Hot water was only available twice a day and I was not made aware of this at check in. I hate cold showers. Food in the restaurant was unexceptional. I would choose another hotel if staying in the area again.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable , i stayed in Bangalore ME however Delhi ME is much more better.
