Nice place to stay
Everything is nice. Staff were excellent. Whenever we needed something someone is there to help. We really enjoyed our time there.
I think there are two areas need little bit of improvements.
one to do with hot water. It takes 10 or more minutes for hot water. First day we called the reception but then cancelled it to find out that hot water comes but it takes long.
Second the food prices in the restaurants are so overpriced and portions are smaller

Some good things are they have a decent Gym, The hotel is completely enclosed inside and climate controlled. There are many places to shop and eat inside. One of the things I did not like is that local residents of Delhi are allowed access into the gym as paid members. This can create a situation where groups of local men are in the gym and try to monopolize equipment while hotel guests are left out. There can be a cultural differences and locals can appear rude and abrasive to the sentiments of international guests. I found going before 3pm to the gym avoided this scenario. Another problem I have found not just at this hotel but other Indian so called five star hotels is that housekeeping does not wear gloves while cleaning out the rooms. This may create hygiene issues as the same staff cleaning the rooms bring in your fresh towels and bottled water etc. It is not clear if they wash their hands in between.
Overall though, considering the overall lack of infrastructure and cleanliness in India, this hotel is probably about the best you can do under those circumstances.

Comfortable
Pros:Very nice atrium
Cons: House keeping response times and bed comfort
The only drawbacks were that the house keeping services were a little slow and the beds were a little soft and lumpy. However they have an excellent gym.

Fantastic hotel at awesome location
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, interiors
I am a frequent visitor to Delhi/NCR area and I was always recommended to stay here. I finally got a chance & stayed at this hotel twice in the month of july. Amazing experience. Great food, wonderful ambience, very very spacious rooms and the best part, awesome location. You can walk out to any of the malls closeby for food/shopping, etc.. The view from the hotel is amazing and I would definitely want to come back and stay here.
