Room was kinda' small compared to others we'd stayed at but, hey, it had a double shower, was quiet and we slept well after five weeks playing tourist in India. Very central too, tonnes of restaurants and a metro 100 metres away.

Check-in process was quick. We were upgraded to a family suite and our second room was a suite. The family suite was an older model, and the regular suite was recently updated. Bell man was quick and attentive and brought our luggage quickly to our rooms. Locating the hotel can be a challenge, especially in the evening and during rush-hour

Selected and paid for a twin premium room via Expedia. On arrival at hotel was given a room with 1 double bed only. When this issue was raised with the hotel staff, they said any twin rooms were unavailable. After pushing for this to be resolved, the outcome was a single mattress set up on the floor in a double room.

Clean & Efficient but Lacking in Warth

Room was neat & well sized for my needs & hotel was close to many eating establishments. Front desk staff were efficient but their reception did not appear warm. When I arrived they were keen to promote an upgrade & after I'd accepted the upgrade, I did not experience a sense of hospitality. They appeared to reserve that for regular or special guests. CleaThe same could be said of staff at the restaurant. However, the doormen at the ground level were very polite, warm, welcoming. They offered very good & useful advice to keep me safe from touts.

Location is the most unique thing about this property. This is located in CP, very close to Rajiv Chowk metro station as well as Shivaji Nagar Stadium Metro Station. Both are within walking distance. Overall, the property is very clean. The staff is super attentive and very courteous. The cleanliness is superb. The morning breakfast also has multiple options.
