Very welcoming, we were very pleased that the hotel allocated a room before check-in. Room was exceptionally clean. During our stay staff were helpful and breakfast had a good selection.

Totally disappointed

Only stopped 1st night as we arrived mid evening.moved to another hotel the following morning . Svelte has NO BAR as advertised, NO food as advertised, limited international breakfast no public areas. Hotel did not meet advertised standards, or that of the stars it claims to have.

Horrible property to stay in, toilets are flooding and very smelly, hotel manager was very rude and kept referring to fake hotel policies for guest visits. Not recommended for the money you pay at all.

We love the service and location of the hotel. The front staff are really attentive and accommodating to our needs/requests. Especially when we requested to change room. Special thanks to Jeet who look after our room everyday. It really make a big difference (we slept well the whole time of our stay). We really appreciate the effort.👏. Also, thank you to the restaurant staff. We enjoyed the masala tea and great service. The location of the hotel is so convenient. It's just a minute walk to Select City Mall.😊. Love it! Whenever we are India, we will definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping services was not good at all. Floor was really dirty, had to ask for slippers Bed sheets were not changed regularly, had to ask for hand towels and bath mat. No shower gel, instead shampoo was given Restaurant waiters were friendly at least they greeted me. Never saw front desk greet anyone who comes in or goes out. Disappointed on my first time stay
