Dirty hotel; flies in the room; a non smoking room smelled terribly of smoke and the excuse given was that the room is next to a smoking room. Lastly, I paid more than twice the going rate. Terrible terrible all the way.

2nd time at a ITC in India. I definitely recommend staying here or any other establishment. Great service, they accommodate any language. They speak great English. Make sure to tip the hard workers. We tourists can always do better. I love India

The first room the air conditioning was too much and the temperature controller did not work.. after 2 attempts it was finally switched off at 3 am. The room door was opening even in the locked position. The replacement room on the second night was much better and the bed was much better. Food options and variety were good but staff were challenged to service efficiently due to too many guests.
