There is an amazing bellboy who works in concierge and is mute. Please pass on my compliments to him for his amazing service. If there was an employee of the month award, i would gladly award him. He deserves it. I totally forgot his name but his initial is ‘S’. It was lovely using sign language to communicate with him.

This has been my favorite hotel as it was luxory at low cost. But now both are disappeared. Luxory is no more. things are broken or breaking, asking for repair or rennovation. And price they charge is equivalent to other better 5 Star hotels. they either need to upgrade or lower the prices. Nobody wants to stay at broken rooms. And pay your staffs wel because every time and everyday they will run to you in 5-6 and stare at you for tips. It creates awkward situation. Tips should not be made mode of income. If you don't give they will look at you as they would curse you. Breakfast is good. Sachin was nice to me and said to have offered an upgrade but I couldn't figure out what was the update.

This luxury hotel was perfect for us. High quality beds and bedding, plenty of bottled water and toiletries in the room. Prestine. Pretty quiet rooms considering they host weddings.

Amazing experience except one incident, before checking out I asked for iron at housekeeping, waited for iron for 25 minutes. Every time I called they said iron coming in two minutes. Rest every thing was very very good. Will come back again.highly recommended

It was a extremely beautiful giant hotel with great service and good cleanliness. Only thing that disappointed me was my partner and I ordered two different burgers from the room service menu. One said there was Brie cheese on it, the other said there was guyere cheese on it, but, both ended having extremely processed "cheddar" cheese slices...
