I spoke with the manager but this hotel definitely lacks in customer service. The only pleasant employee encountered at the front desk was the one who was working when we left at 4am. Otherwise, the front desk associate that checked me in was rude, she only told me to insert my credit card in the machine and then asked for my ID and pointed to where the elevators are located. She didn’t explain anything about the property or area at all. Then, we asked for an iron on our second day because there was only an ironing board. We were rudely asked if we checked for an iron… of course we did which is why we called twice to ask for one. Overall, the property is really nice and new. I just wish the customer service was much better. The location is also great being walking distance to Atlantic Ave. The manager was great though and called to apologize and offered some great advice for the area.

Overpriced hotel!
This hotel was severely overpriced at $353.07 and then had the gall to charge $32.10 for valet parking which could have cost $5 just round the corner had we been informed by reception. We had just stayed at a hotel for 2 nights before for less than this hotel which was superb, comfortable, in beautiful grounds. This overpriced hotel for one night was noisy and difficultly placed and the noise at night was horrendous with racing motorbikes.You can do better than this hotel for less, it looks like a glorified refurbished Hampton Inn.
