I spoke with the manager but this hotel definitely lacks in customer service. The only pleasant employee encountered at the front desk was the one who was working when we left at 4am. Otherwise, the front desk associate that checked me in was rude, she only told me to insert my credit card in the machine and then asked for my ID and pointed to where the elevators are located. She didn’t explain anything about the property or area at all. Then, we asked for an iron on our second day because there was only an ironing board. We were rudely asked if we checked for an iron… of course we did which is why we called twice to ask for one. Overall, the property is really nice and new. I just wish the customer service was much better. The location is also great being walking distance to Atlantic Ave. The manager was great though and called to apologize and offered some great advice for the area.
