The Modern Farmhouse

This East Ladner stylish countryside retreat, is centrally located between the Historic Village of Ladner and Boundary Bay Airport. Minutes away (by car or walking) from shops, Paterson Park, Ladner Leisure Centre, (ice rink and lacrosse box), hospital and golf courses. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. A movie theatre is a short 15 minute drive away. There is a Barns to Beaches bike route close by that spans from Tsawwassen to Ladner, connecting the two areas along the shoreline, dike and backcountry farm roads. Tsawwassen ferry terminal and Tsawwassen Mills Outlet Mall are 12 kms away and generally takes about 10 to 15 minutes by car. Conveniently located just 20 minutes south of Vancouver Airport and the Bridgeport skytrain station (River Rock Casino). Access to rapid transit is just a few steps away.

A few steps up to the wrap around patio is an outdoor gazebo with a gas fireplace and gas bbq. Perfect ending to your day.

I'll probably never be happy staying anywhere else after our stay here. Truly amazing. And I've been called Monica level fussy. The extra touches were much appreciated. The space is comfortable and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. Our host was responsive and super helpful. The property is conveniently located, close to anything you might need or places to go. It is a very peaceful spot. We will definitely stay again.
