Immer wieder RIUMAR

Fast jedes Jahr kommen wir nach Riumar Immer wieder entdecken wir neues in der Nähe oder etwas weiter in den Bergen. Die verschiedenen Ferienhäuser waren immer nach unserem Geschmack und Erwartungen. Marisol ist für uns und unseren Hund perfekt. Nicht zu vergessen die schnelle und zuverlässige Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal. Gerne immer wieder.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist hell, geräumig, sauber und hat einen gepflegten Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen im Schatten und Sonnenbaden am und im Pool. nichts wichtiges evtl. eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, wäre ein weiterer Luxus, um Hitzewellen ab 35 Grad zu überbrücken.

Prima Winterurlaub

Auch für den Winter bestens geeignet. Der Holzöfen arbeitet sehr effizient und hat uns trotz der kalten Tage in diesem Jahr mit einer schönen Wärme versorgt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet somit die ideale Umgebung für einen Hund. Der Strand ist sehr kurz zu erreichen und auch sonst gibt es viele Möglichkeiten auch mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Bitte eine Hausnummer anbringen. Wir haben uns etwas liefern lassen müssen, dabei gab es Zustellprobleme, da die Adresse nicht zu finden war.

Im Wandel der Zeit

Wieder ist ein Jahr vergangen und wir konnten auch diesmal wieder unseren Urlaub in Riumar im Allgemeinen und im Cologne im Speziellen verbringen. Die Sanierung des kleinen Bades wertet das gesamte Haus unheimlich auf und man merkt, das ein frischer Wind Einzug hält. Ansonsten ist es wie jedes Jahr :-D , Bea und Ihr Team machen, aus meiner Sicht, einen herausragenden Job und sind immer für einen da, wenn man es braucht. Wir werden wieder kommen und uns diese Auszeit gönnen. Herzlichen Dank an die die es in diesem Haus möglich machen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Weihnachten sind wir entflohen und haben 2 Wochen in Riumar verbraucht. Das Wetter war traumhaft. Da ich(wie) Wiederholungstäter sind, können wir nur sagen, dass wir immer wieder kommen werden. Bea mit ihrer Familie machen das hervorragend und wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Das Ferienhaus war bereist bei Ankunft warm, durch den bereits angefeuerten Kaminofen und wir hatten für die ersten Tage Holz dabei. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Absolut nichts. ️

Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, Aufteilung des Hauses sehr gut. Die Terrasse ist schattig, zum Sonnenbaden sind Liegen am Pool bereitgestellt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Einbau einer Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich.

Superschöner Urlaub 🥰🥰

Sehr liebe und kompetente Vermittlung, Service vor Ort perfekt. Das Haus super ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) Klimaanlage vorhanden (Strom dafür kostet extra) wir haben die aber nicht gebraucht. Toller, großer und tiefer Pool, wird vom "Poolboy" ständig gepflegt. Gastro und Einkaufen fußläufig erreichbar. Ca. 150 m zum Meer Dazu fällt mir eigentlich nichts ein, es war einfach perfekt

Todo estaba muy correcto. La piscina genial! La casa, un poco lejos de los servicios comunitarios El coche se podría guardar en el garaje para que no tuviera tanto sol.
