einige renovierungen nötig

älteres lieblos eingerichtetes ,einfaches Haus ohne Klimaanlage in den Zimmern nur im Flur und Wohnzimmer . Kaputtes Einfahrtstor, nur sehr schwer zu öffnen und nicht von außen abzuschliessen war dem Vermieter bewußt ..Defekter Esstischstuhl. Wenig Geschirr ,keine Geschirrund Putztüchertücher, keine Spül undPutzmittel ,nur 1 kleines und 1 Duschtuch pro Person pro Woche.Ganzes Grundstück ist komplett gefliest, Ausser auf dem überdachten Sitzplatz kein Schatten. da sehr heißer Boden durch den Fliesenbelag kein Barfußlaufen zu und am Pool möglich. Aussendusche nicht funktionsfähig. Lage zum Strand und Einkauf sehr gut.Fazit: Minimaler Komfort .Eigentümer wahrscheinlich nie selbst da.
