Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying

in this completely remodeled loft condo featuring all new Allen + Roth wood

floors, a redesigned kitchenette with all new appliances, a full bath with all

new cabinetry, and a cozy living/dining area equipped with a futon and sliding

doors that lead to a nice balcony with a territorial view. Ascending the

handcrafted staircase leads to a loft sleeping area complete with modern

furnishings including one queen sized bed, a sofa/sitting area, a large flat-

screen monitor, and two armoires offering plenty of storage for your personal

items. Shared WiFi rounds out the package. This monitored family vacation

property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent

service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no

sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to

function correctly.



**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.



The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table,

pool table and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and

tv. There is a free laundry facility, and shared wifi. Condos are within

walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and

family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the

Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and

spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor

opportunities.



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
