Nice apartment located in Denia (Alicante), located in a private urbanization and just a few meters from the beach. The urbanization has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and green areas and is ideal to spend a few days of vacation with your family or groups of friends. It has a capacity for a maximum of six people.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two singles. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, has a dishwasher and washing machine. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a large terrace with outdoor furniture. It has air conditioning in the dining room and bedrooms. It also has a private parking space. (01/06/2026 - 30/09/2026).

Denia is one of the most renowned tourist destinations in the province of Alicante with numerous attractions, an ancient Moorish castle overlooking idyllic beaches, archaeological museums and authentic restaurants.

The apartment has an excellent location, the beach of Les Marines is about 300 meters away. The center of Denia is one kilometer away, which is a pleasant walk. There is a great variety of bars and restaurants that give atmosphere all year round, which will allow you to enjoy the gastronomy of the city. It also has several green areas and parks within the city center.
