For shared use: property, plants and flowers, natural garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney-shaped (25 x 18 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift, central heating system, air conditioning. Supermarket 50 m, bar 170 m, bus stop "parada principal de denia" 150 m, railway station "de denia" 300 m, ferry "balearia" 500 m, sandy beach 1.8 km.
