Luxurious Villa San Juan DH 6 people with air conditioning and WIFI

This beautiful villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

The accommodation has 200 m², private garden and pool, covered parking, wifi, satellite TV and has views of the sea and the mountain.

The main residence is distributed on a single floor and includes a charming studio next to the pool.

First of all, in the main house, the two bedrooms have two 90cm beds placed together, as well as air conditioning and a bathroom inside one of the rooms.

In the hallway next to the rooms, we can find a recently renovated bathroom.

The American bar kitchen is equipped with all kinds of amenities, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster.

From the spacious dining room with a fireplace is where we find the best views of the house. From its large windows, Denia and its bay can be perfectly seen. In addition, it has access to a covered terrace perfect for dining on the mild winter days of the Costa Blanca.

To access the pool and the studio, we have to go down some stairs that run through the beautiful garden of the villa, composed of lawn extensions, palm trees, and different plants (the plot is completely fenced). In this area, we also find a nice barbecue that will allow you to enjoy the pool like never before in summer.

The studio located next to the pool, has a bathroom, living room/dining room, kitchen, and a spacious bedroom. Everything with air conditioning and renovated.

It is located 100 m from the natural park "El Montgo", 2 km from the supermarket "Lidl&Consum", 3 km from the sandy beach "La Marineta", 3 km from the city of "Denia".

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

San Juan DH Studio- Denia

Hallo liebes Team von Carlosferien, auch in diesem Jahr (zum 2. mal) haben wir sehr schöne Ferientage in Denia verbracht. Es waren sehr erhalsame Ferien, in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Rundherum zufrieden, vorallem vom Service Ihres Teams. Wir kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Weiter so!! Liebe Grüße Thomas und Jana

Schöne Oase beim Mongtó

Sehr schöne und äusserst zweckmässig eingerichtete Villa mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Der Boden im Haus war ziemlich staubig, als wir ankamen und mit dem vorhandenen Besen liess sich dieses Problem nicht lösen.

Séjour trea agréable a Denia

Maison très bien située et au calme, c'est appréciable. Piscine et jardin bien entretenus avec un équipement intérieur et extérieur de qualité. Expérience à renouveler avec une destination très sympa. Merci à l'équipe Carlos Ferrien pour leur accompagnement tout au long du séjour !

La propreté, le soin donné aux extérieurs, les équipements pour cuisiner, la grandeur du logement et la décoration La douche du logement du bas, fuite au niveau du bac receveur ( à chaque douche plein d’eau sur le sol ) Le super palmier qui donne sur la piscine, peut-être tailler les branches à fruits… ça tombe partout au premier coût de vent et surtout dans la piscine

Heerlijk huis met een prachtig uitzicht!

Fijn huis, verdeeld in 2 lagen. Heel handig met 2 gezinnen. Beiden hebben voldoende privacy! Alles voldoende aanwezig. Ligbedden parasols enz.
