Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, café 250 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 250 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
