This sunny flat is distributed over 132 m² and disposes of 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, a guest bedroom and a guest bathroom, a complete kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building was built in 2006 and therefore its installations are very new. Its location is very good as you can be in the centre of Dènia at only 10 minutes walking distance in a very good way for the passers-by. It has a communal swimming pool and private numbered parking in the underground area of the building.


Attention!
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this service in addition? or would you like to bring your own linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 € / kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
In addition, this house has a solar system that will help you save on your electricity bill.
