The Tosca apartment is situated in the historic center on Calle Mayor. It\'s the ideal location in the heart of Denia\'s old town. It is in a privately renovated building that consists of four separately luxuriously furnished apartments on three floors accessible by an elevator.
Common areas include a laundry room. The entire building is very energy-efficient, thanks to solar panels for self-consumption.
