Villa 'Vista 28' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Enjoy your holiday in this charming villa in a prime hillside location in Dénia, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean, the Montgó mountain, and the city’s castle. The 1,500 m² property guarantees you complete privacy.



In addition to the guest area, the villa has a small separate section used exclusively for private purposes. During your stay, it remains locked and unoccupied. You will be the only guests on the property; the pool, garden, and all outdoor areas are for your exclusive use.



The guest area is spread over two floors. Upstairs, you’ll find an air-conditioned living kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge (no oven). Downstairs are two bedrooms (one large, one small) and another spacious bathroom. The furnishings are traditionally Spanish: dark pine wood and light tiles.



The Mediterranean garden with oleander, bougainvillea, and palms offers many places to relax—enjoy sea views under the palms or shelter in the courtyard. The covered terrace invites you to dine while overlooking the city lights. Sun loungers, a large dining table, and a barbecue are provided.



The pool is located below the terrace and offers beautiful views of the sea and Montgó.

En general la casa nos ha encantado. El propietario es Alemán y la persona de contacto Mili nos aten

Pros: En general la casa nos ha encantado. El propietario es Alemán y la persona de contacto Mili nos atendió de primera. Ubicación muy tranquila, la piscina fantástica en relación calidad/precio para este tipo de alojamiento. La orientación solar de 10, para el que quiera tostarse al sol por las mañanas en la piscina y por la tarde la propia casa protege con zonas de sombra. La parrilla ha sido mi cocina realmente, situada en planta primera, muy bien instalada con una encimera generosa y grifo de agua, la zona de fuego muy bien preparada, parrilla de una sola bandeja (para pescado puede ser un problema), Comedor exterior en Planta primera junto a parrilla ideal en sobra con buenas vistas y normalmente corre algo de aire. Cons: Quizá por ponerle un pero, hay algunos pequeños detalles mejorables como que tienen un congelador en PB útil para mantener temporalmente bebidas frías para zona de piscina, pero lejos de la cocina en Planta primera. La nevera de la cocina es pequeña y hay que tener especial cuidado con no poner alimentos que toquen la parte trasera porque los congela. La vitrocerámica la hemos utilizado un solo día para cocinar/calentar poca cosa porque no tiene campana extractora, realmente es una cocina para tema puntual. Si alguien va pensando en ver la tele que se olvide o que aprenda Alemán jajaja (la tele para mi no es algo importante, menos en vacaciones). Hay una segunda vivienda en el edificio pero no la alquilan ni vive nadie, vamos que en nuestra estancia estuvimos solos.
