Peaceful Island-style garden filled acreage

Our home is nestled between the forest and the sea. The Garden Cottage is surrounded by woodland, a seasonal stream and ponds, a horse pasture, and of course abundant gardens. The tranquility here makes it easy to slow down. The beauty inspires exploration and adventure.
We are just a short walk to Fillongly Park with its trails through exquisite old growth forest and beautiful beach facing Hornby Island. Sunrise is breathtaking.
Our 1200sq ft Garden House is very quiet and private. Vaulted ceilings and huge windows give you plenty of space to speed out and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped for big meals. It boasts a 4 burner propane range, air fryer/ convection oven, full refrigerator, microwave and much more.
The bathroom is also spacious with a sit-down shower stall and a view. Just put the window you can spot horses, deer, peacock, chickens and our seasonal ponds.
Our private parking area easily fits 3 vehicles with room to turn around. More parking spaces for your boat or other toys are close by, with lots of room to move.
We strive to provide fresh eggs from our flock of heritage chickens, fresh bouquets, and anything from our varied food and herb gardens.
Come play on the sea with Big Coast Adventures. Rent a kayak at Hornby Denman kayak rentals. Explore our local Corlan Vineyard with its organic award winning wines and fabulous brunch menu. Check-out the Joy of Walking Denman Island edition, to find maps to our variety of trails. Take a quick a day trip over to Hornby Island to explore Tribune Bay and Helliwell park. We strive to make your stay a fabulous experience.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and property. Keolynn is a wonderful host! We enjoyed the horses visiting at the window and the fresh tomatoes from the garden. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place to stay

Lovely little cottage filled with flowers. My grandson loved being able to make a fire & roast hotdogs & marshmallows. The cottage itself was a delight to stay in and very user friendly. COMFORTABLE beds! and the host was delightful.

Spring get away

My husband and I decided to spend a week on Denman in hopes of catching the herring spawning (excellent wildlife opportunities). Our host was very easy to communicate with and she made us feel at home on her farm. Her place is very clean and charming. The wood stove was cozy. The access to beaches and town was easy. All in all, a great week.

Delightful

We had a lovely stay on Denman. The property is beautiful and cabin is spacious. We enjoyed using the garden and the horse. We day tripped to Hornby and had a nice morning at the markets in Denman on Saturday. Really peaceful and our boys slept so well. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

A Very Special Place

Prepare to be completely charmed and to fall in love with this lovely get-away. Casual elegance at its best, this cabin is filled with special touches with a well stocked kitchen, plush towels, lovely toiletries and big comfy beds. Tucked away next to a forest with lovely gardens and fields outside your door, the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. Your host Keyolynn couldn't be more welcoming and helpful, she made our stay so special. We can't wait to return!

Tranquil Garden Where Heaven Meets Earth

Keyo is an amazing host and the pictures are lovely but this place has so much more magic, peace and light than the pictures could ever display. The bed was so comfortable. This place is about connecting to nature or whatever your soul needs to nourish you and enhance your life experience. So many walks and beaches available or you can just sit and enjoy. This place is awesome!

Lovely and cozy stay

We all loved staying at Keyo's place. The property is so beautiful and whimsical. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were SO comfy. Keyo was such a lovely host and made our stay fantastic. We'll definitely be back!
