The main house and separate Studio are situated on a large semi rural block surrounded by private manicured gardens with a border of towering Karri and Gum trees. The studio has two queen bedrooms with the downstairs bedroom adjoining the bathroom and the other on the mezzanine level. The loft bedroom is accessed by a staircase, therefore is not suitable for the elderly or disabled person. All quality bed linen is supplied including towels. The lower level includes a kitchenette which is fitted out with cooking facilities including a microwave, double hotplate, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, glassware and washing machine. There is a good sized fridge, TV, lounge and dining suite. The courtyard offers a tranquil place to enjoy breakfast with an outdoor dining suite and BBQ and is surrounded by beautiful private landscaped gardens. Only a two minute drive to the Denmark township this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Denmark offers trendy cafes, restaurants and the Wilson Inlet. If it's a swim you want, a six-minute drive will take you to picturesque Ocean Beach. Greens Pool and Waterfall Beach. Enjoy what the Great Southern has to offer like the Tree Top Walk, local wineries, the Boston Brewery, Denmark Chocolate Factory, Denmark Farmhouse Cheese or a boat cruise on the Wilson River. This studio offers a beautiful retreat to come home to after a busy day.
Please note - This property is not suitable for unsupervised toddlers or children under 10 due to the lake being unfenced and not being suitable for swimming.
