This four bedroom home is on one of the most sought after streets in Dennisport! Only a short 500 foot walk to a private association beach. Large rear yard perfect for lawn games. The front entry porch with sofa, table and chairs is a great spot to relax or play cards and board games. If you are not a beach person you can still soak up the rays from the second floor balcony sitting area or just unwind after a day at the beach. Swan river fish market and restaurant is right down the street and is a perfect spot for casual dining along the river and overlooking scenic Nantucket sound. Crabbing off the bridge is an activity kids of all ages can experience. Don't miss the chance to view the resident osprey nesting at the rivers edge. This home offers washer, dryer and Wi-Fi in addition to air conditioning by mini split units in the living area, dining area and all bedrooms.

The yard is beautifully maintained and shaded for relaxing outside. The upper deck is fantastic for star gazing after long days at the beach. Martha Murray is so attentive we are always comfortable knowing they are ready to assist with anything if needed. The short walk to the beach is priceless! We have been coming for years and the family looks forward to it every year.

The set-up was great and enough room for all. The kids and their families liked the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms and bath and we spent lots of time on the deck. The downstairs was great too. I loved the large dining room that we could all sit at! The beach is just a short walk. We had the best family vacation here and will certainly be back year after year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great overall! The house was larger than expected and the private beach close by was just perfect! A few things to point out is that need attention. While the house was overall clean, there was a rather large and nasty looking stain on the comforter in the downstairs bedroom, which resulted in us not using it at all. Also, there were no steak knives at all or other anything sharper than a butter knife, which made it rather hard to eat any type of meat for dinner at home. We arrived to full containers of outdoor trash and recycling but the management team resolved this issue promptly and were very responsive. Also, the outdoor shower has no privacy at all since several windows on the house and the roof deck overlook it. Since this is a private road, we were confronted by residents on a morning walk who demanded to know why we were there and where exactly we were renting. Not the most welcome feeling.

Luck was on our side this year with 7 straight days with sunshine, nice breeze and warm water. If the association that ran the beach were to have it cleaned of the massive amount of seaweed that is there by August it would be a perfect 10.
