IMPORTANT:

Please know that the diving board is no longer available for use at the pool. The insurance company had asked us to remove it, although we certainly wish it could have stayed.

The upper deck has been completely remodel and rebuilt. It is gorgeous and has a terrific view of the mountains, city of Denver and the lake. This is literally the best view in the whole house and overlooks the pool area and backyard. We include comfortable seating for 2 people on this upper deck.

Queen Guest Bedrooms – Stylish & Cozy

Two guest rooms upstairs each feature queen-size beds with plush bedding and warm, inviting décor. Perfect for families, couples or older children, these rooms are steps away from a beautifully remodeled modern bathroom with custom tile.

Second Bathroom is available for guests to use and consists of designer tile, a brand new vanity sink. The bathroom has a stand up shower and a bath tub to use for your convenience.

Owner lives on-site in separate basement unit with her kitty. She travels often.

WARNING we have a cat that lives on-site. He won’t be in the upstairs area when you visit and we clean after him very well but if you have extreme allergies this location may not be for you.

There is feather down pillows and other various types of pillows available for your use in some of the rooms. We supply extra blankets.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire upper level of the home, including the private pool in summer time. Parking for up to three vehicles is available on-site, one in the driveway and 2 on the street. The garage is not included.

SWIMMING POOL RULES/ ACKNOWLEDGMENT: When leasing this home, you are taking full responsibility to ensure the safety of yourself and your guests. While the yard is fenced, there is not an additional fence around the pool within the yard.

A rental agreement to be signed will be required after booking.

Pool heating is extra, please inquire when booking.

Bringing a dog is extra and please inquire before bringing a dog or two. This must be approved prior to booking.

Pool maintenance is on Thursdays.
Landscaping is on Mondays.

Please make sure not to block the sidewalk with any cars parked as this is against our HOA and the city of Arvada.
House Rules

1. Pet Reminders: Please let us know prior to your stay if you want to bring a fur baby. We do charge extra for this and it also depends on the breed & how old the doggie is. We also ask you to please make sure to clean up after your fur baby, ensure that they will not be kept in the house unattended (bring a kennel), and that they will not be climbing on any furniture or beds. If this booking is 30+ days, there will be an additional refundable deposit and an additional pet refundable deposit. Please ask about the details.
