PLEASE NOTE, this is not a party house. Due to an unpleasant experience, NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome, groups of college students are advised to look elsewhere.

The perfect house nested right before heading into the Rocky Mountains will comfortably sleep 8 guests.

Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect gathering place for family and friends. The house is really beautiful and spacious and close to Red Rocks and many other fun destinations in the Denver area. The backyard and firepit were especially lovely. We enjoyed our stay in Littleton at this rental property. The location worked perfect for our concert at Red Rocks. I think we were home in less than 20 minutes leaving the parking lot. The check in process worked well. The bedrooms were great. The home is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. We would consider staying there again when traveling to another concert.We also highly recommended eating at Angelo’s/Carboy restaurant for dinner and Lake House for lunch.
