Great place to stay in Denver - plenty of space in each room, nice TV, good beds, well-stocked kitchen, excellent bathrooms, and enough room overall to spread out which is important for my family - we need that space when on vacation in order to not drive each other crazy!

Place was beautiful and super clean. every thing we needed was there, even coffee and cream. The" host was super, Their attitude was " ask us for anything!. --even carried our luggage down and back up to our car and loaded in the car for us, wonderful neighborhood , not far from downtown Denver and close to airport

Perfection! Everything was just as stated. The bed were very comfortable. communication with host was easy and timely. Check in checkout was fast and easy. Unlike many rentals there was no clean up list before departure. Just leave the keys inside and close the doors. Can't get any better than that!! Definitely reccommend

The owner of this property is great with communication and gives very clear instructions on how to access rental. The rental is extremely clean, private and quiet. Very accommodating, even provided some snacks! Communication was excellent and we were even allowed to check in early. Guests should be aware that you are under someone’s house and you will notice some noise and food smells from cooking. Would recommend!
