Once we stepped off the elevator onto our floor, we were hit immediately with the horrible smell of cigarette/other smoke. The inside of our room was even worse. There was dirty plastic utensils on the floor of one of our rooms from previous guests. Each of our bathrooms only had one towel which we did not realize until the next morning so one person was left drying off with the hand towel. It had been a long day at the hospital for all of us and we were exhausted or we would have requested a refund to stay somewhere else. The only plus was that the beds were comfortable but that was overshadowed by the rest of the mess. This is not the service we have come to expect from this hotel chain.

I arrived late from Chicago and, aiming to be budget-conscious, booked a room at Comfort Inn. However, the parking lot and lobby set a concerning tone. The room, upon entering, was disappointing with holes in the walls, dirty corners, mildew, and overall uncleanliness. With my two little girls, caution led us to keep belongings elevated. Unfortunately, the state of the room, including a nasty bathroom and marked ceilings, made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Despite the brief stay, the experience was disappointing, and I won't consider staying here again.
