The Space & Sleeping Arrangements While our home is cozy in square footage, it is massive on functionality, comfort, and style. Every inch has been thoughtfully curated to maximize space: The Owner's Suite: Unwind in a luxurious King-size bed, complete with a private Roku TV, a dedicated full bathroom, and a convenient walk-in closet. The Queen Room: A beautifully styled second bedroom featuring a plush Queen-size bed and its own Roku TV for lazy mornings. The Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or groups, this room features a sturdy twin-over-full bunk bed. A second immaculate full bathroom sits conveniently between this room and the Queen Room. The Flex Loft: Head upstairs to the spacious loft! This multi-functional area features two twin beds, a couch that converts into an additional full bed, and a Roku TV. It also includes a dedicated desk area—perfect for remote work or planning your next day's itinerary. The Living Room & Kitchen: The cozy main living room boasts a 55” Roku TV for movie nights, featuring a sofa that transforms into a full-size bed if needed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We've even added a clever fold-down wall table to easily open up the floor space when you need it. A washer and dryer are also tucked away right off the kitchen for your convenience. Your Private Backyard Paradise. We worked incredibly hard to transform the outdoor space into an entertainer's dream! Step outside into your private yard to find A bubbling, premium outdoor Hot Tub to soak your muscles after a long hike. To ensure your absolute privacy, only two mechanical rooms, a maid's closet, and a small cordoned section of the yard remain locked. We offer seamless, remote keyless check-in to make your arrival entirely stress-free. After you check in, Joe and Tiffany are just a text or phone call away to answer any questions or provide local recommendations! House Rules & Notes ...No Smoking Strictly NO smoking of any kind inside the house. A $300 fine will be strictly enforced for violations. Guests are more than welcome to smoke outside in the designated yard areas. No Parties because our home is on the cozier side and nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, large gatherings, events, and parties are strictly prohibited. If you want to have a few guests over for a small get together please get prior approval from us.
