Beautiful and fun
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of fun with the game room and lots of space. Fully equiped kitchen and BBQ on the patio. Awesome binder with rules and nearby attractions. Friendy and professional owner.

Very nice house
House is as advertised. Very nice for a family and size is good. Much better than a hotel for a family. The only problem we had was the check out time on the listing was incorrect according to our host, he said it was 10 while our booking said 11. We got it figired out and everything worked out. Overall very nice experience.

Family gathering in Denver
This was a great location to enjoy Denver and the surrounding area during our annual family gathering. The host was very responsive the couple of times that we needed to reach out. The game room was a fun addition to our time on the days that we stayed in to hang out with one another.

Fantastic experience
This house was amazing. It was very comfortable for 8 guys. Loved the are and all the immensities. The property manager was very helpful with check in and gave us some good recommendations to do on our trip. I would highly recommend this house!!!

Staying for a wedding
Good house to rent if you have older kids or teenagers. Game room came in handy to give the kids things to do while at the house besides just watching tv, although was missing the ping pong paddles. Location is very convenient to much of north Denver metro area. The neighborhood is fine but proximity to the train can wake up most sleepers each morning. Outdoor space was enjoyable thanks to the weather.
