First time at this location - large and comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. Has a bar (happy hour) with small food option, which is nice. Close to airport without being loud.

The experience was easy. It's conveniently located close to the airport (but not loud). Gas was near so I could fill up my rental car. The food/bar staff was an amazing one woman show. They were out of several things on the menu, but I had the parmesan fries and chicken caesar salad. Both were delicious. Service was slow of course, because it was just one person. Although they were out of some things, the bar tender did not disappoint. Everyone was kind and professional. The King suite was spacious and comfy with a full kitchen, living area, and King bed. The bathroom was also very comfy. I would stay here again. It would be great for a long stay.

Budget Property w/Budget Expectations

Pretty sure we were placed in a handicapped room because we didn't book direct. Spacious room but no silverware in the kitchenette. Decent continental breakfast but only one working elevator (at the far end of property). Shuttle runs every 30 min to airport.

Very disappointed for a Hyatt. Non operable elevator, no room service, understaffed the bartender is also the hostess and cook. Had to walk down a long hall to get to the only working elevator to get to our room.

The staff was amazing. The rules were clean. The cleaning staff was great! When I asked for towels or anything, they were able to respond immediately. The cleaning staff, unlike most hotels or friendly whether they spoke English or not they smiled and said good morning.. My only issue with the hotel, which has nothing to do with the staff is that only one washer and one dryer were operable, and one of the main elevators was in operable, so everyone had to take the same elevator. Otherwise, I had a great nine days there.
