Completely not worth the price you pay for the hotel. Room is small with the hardest bed and pillows imaginable with an even smaller bathroom. Quality of everything was poor.

The room supposed to be one bedroom suite. The room was outdated. HVAC unit was loud and noisy. The room was very dusty as if it was never been used. No cups (just paper cup for coffee), No silverware. The basic "one bedroom suite" amenities that I have seen and experienced in other Hilton was not available. This hotel supposed to be 4 stars in the city, and this falls far below.

I was sad to see that the pool was closed. But really liked the food/breakfast and credit option. It was helpful when there was some confusion at the front desk. However, the front desk made it right. So I really appreciate it as I was traveling with my family.

We were on the 4th floor and the windows were not nearly thick enough. The noise from the street woke us up numerous times each night to the point we called down to the front desk to see if there was something going on. It actually sounded like the work does were open.
