unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. I definitely will never be back. For starters, we arrived at the hotel and the "clean" towels that were in our room had someone else's hair on them. We told the front desk and they had someone bring clean towels up to our room while we were out but they didn't take the dirty ones we said had hair on them... interesting. We were traveling with an infant and had dirty diapers as well as trash from restaurants etc... no one ever collected any trash we had to remove it from the room ourselves because the only trash can they supply is super tiny and can only fit like 2 water bottles inside of it. The valet is SUPER expensive and very slow. The last day it took them 30 minutes to retrieve our car and we almost missed our flight. Additionally, the room did not come with a bathtub so I was having to bath our infant in the bathroom sink and the water was coming out brown! I had to run the water for about 10 minutes for it to clear up. So gross! It must have been rust or something in the line I'm not sure but I was really grossed out by it.

I was bit all over my body in my bed. I went to the office. They said someone would call me and it’s been 24 hours. They made it seem like it was such a big deal but yet no call. Let’s just hope my house doesn’t get infested with bed bugs. So overall my stay sucked and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody based on managements lack of calling me back and me being bit. I booked a room for the 21st but I chose another hotel since I couldn’t even get a call back. I’ll never stay there again after this experience.
